Ewa is released onto the mean streets of Manhattan alone, where she quickly falls prey to Bruno (Joaquin Phoenix of INHERENT VICE, WALK THE LINE), a charming but wicked man who takes her in and forces her into prostitution. Just as Ewa thinks all hope is lost, debonair magician Orlando (Jeremy Renner of AMERICAN HUSTLE, THE HURT LOCKER) arrives and sweeps her off her feet.
