We live our values by championing supplier community through connection & experience.

Bold ambitions empowering communities

Our purpose is to inspire and embolden ongoing partnerships and evolution across our supplier community that celebrate and align to Microsoft values and commitments. We believe in community building through action. We leverage connections in and outside of Microsoft to create a supplier experience that results in that results in a one-of-a-kind engagement. Our approach to deliver on these connections revolve around our pledge of open communication.

Connect2Capital

Managed in partnership with Microsoft Treasury, this program provides easier access to funding for our diverse and partnership supplier communities. Through using a centralized platform, capital funding sources (i.e., grants and loans) are directly provided.

AMP’D

Advocates, Mentors & Peers for Diverse Suppliers (AMP’D), our flagship program, is focused on supporting diverse suppliers' ability to grow professional networks, accelerate business goals, gain visibility across the enterprise, and understand how to navigate the Microsoft landscape.

Supporting our supplier community, the Microsoft Supplier Advisory Boards are representative, customized, and curated to specifically identify and address current, relevant, and top of mind topics across our ecosystem.

Supplier Awards

The Microsoft Supplier Prestige Awards recognize suppliers that exemplify the pillars of strategy, priority, agility and modernization, where winners are chosen from fan nominations. The awards highlight outstanding supplier performance and achievements in the arenas of sustainability, accessibility, inclusion, representation, and community contributions, aligning to Microsoft values and commitments.

Showstopper of the Year: Amplifying Accessibility

Winner: Carat USA

Carat partnered with AutonomyWorks, a social enterprise dedicated to employing individuals with autism for media projects, joined forces to revolutionize Microsoft’s advertising operations. Drawing upon the exceptional talents and abilities of people with autism—despite the staggering 80% unemployment rate they face—this collaboration empowered them to excel in various media-related tasks, ensuring high quality and efficiency. The impact has been profound: meaningful employment, solid outcomes, and significant results across 62 markets. Moreover, this partnership has not only supported social impact goals but also transformed the lives of hundreds of individuals with autism, providing them with consistent and rewarding work.

Showstopper of the Year: Commitment to Community

Winner: Cloudforce

Cloudforce is committed to fostering transformation. The “Cloudforce for Good” initiative offers technology-focused educational workshops, internships, mentorship programs, and job opportunities for local students and job seekers. Cloudforce champions a variety of efforts and collaborations aimed at advancing career opportunities in cloud technology, cultivating leadership skills, and enhancing community involvement. They have also contributed laptops, backpacks, and financial aid to assist students and veterans who are facing hardships.

Customer Marvel of the Year

Winner: Concentrix

Concentrix significantly impacts over 13 million customer interactions annually. Their relentless pursuit of innovation, best practices, and delivery enhancements ensures high-quality support and a solid customer experience. Notably, their groundbreaking initiatives—Project Elevate and the new Tech Centric delivery model—are poised to leave a lasting legacy.

Trailblazer: Innovation & Creation

Winner: AI4SP

AI4SP is a thought leader in AI and its impact on SMBs. They have positively influenced many individuals and organizations through their commitment to public awareness, accessibility, and advocacy. They dedicate 30% of their time and resources to raising awareness and advocating for ethical and responsible use of AI. They also provide free-access online tools leveraging Azure OpenAI to support social tech entrepreneurs and educational institutions. AI4SP has been recognized as the Trailblazer of the Year for their vision of democratizing AI access and harnessing technology for the greater societal good. Their journey has been marked by leadership, excellence, and a passion for advancing AI.

Showstopper of the Year: Response & Representation

Women In Cloud

The Women in Cloud initiatives have been pivotal in creating economic growth opportunities for women. These include providing education via the Tech Policy Academy, honoring women and supporters with #empowHERaccess and WICxAllies, raising awareness through online advocacy campaigns, and playing a key role in diversifying Microsoft Cloud Marketplaces by incorporating women-led enterprises into the co-selling approach.

Rookie of the Year

Winner: My3TWELVE

My3Twelve’s effective problem-solving approach has significantly streamlined decision-making and elevated the team experience. Their expertise, especially in Intune, has proven invaluable. Notably, their collaboration with the Compliance and Privacy teams, specifically in Server reviews and IP Enforcement, has had a resounding impact.

Finalists: Wicloud, Dura Digital, VXI Global Solutions, AppMeet Up

Showstopper of the Year: Strides in Sustainability

Winner (1 of 2): Lenovo

In 2023, Lenovo achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first PC and smartphone manufacturer, and one of only 139 companies globally, to have a validated net-zero target through the Science-Based Target Initiative (SBTi). As part of their commitment, Lenovo actively participated in the Cloud Supply Chain Sustainability (CSCS) Program, where they raised their intensity reduction goal to 35% - surpassing Microsoft's 20% milestone. This remarkable achievement underscores Lenovo's substantial impact on the industry and society as they champion a global low-carbon transition.
Showstopper of the Year: Strides in Sustainability

Winner (2 of 2): Schneider Electric

Schneider Electric is at the forefront of sustainability efforts. Their Zero Carbon Project aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from their Tier I suppliers. Additionally, their “ecoDesign Way” seamlessly integrates environmental assessments into product design. Furthermore, through their Catalyze Program, they actively engage with suppliers in the semiconductor industry. Schneider Electric isn't just doing their part; they are pioneering awareness across the industry and throughout their supply chain.

Finalists: Ernst & Young, Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra

Supplier-to-Supplier Collaboration

Winner: AppMeet Up

App Meetup exemplifies their collaborative spirit through strategic partnerships with BPGI and BCPA, two Microsoft-sponsored associations dedicated to supporting diverse-owned businesses. Their Catalyst Accelerator Program offers comprehensive training, personalized coaching, and a vibrant community for partners seeking to expand their practice and revenue. Notably, App Meetup embodies a growth mindset, unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion, and an unbridled passion for achieving impactful outcomes.  

Finalists: Capegemini/Sound Planning, MSM Digital/Profifiltzer, Incite NYC, Adobe/Slolam/Accenture

Service Advocate of the Year

Winner: LTIMindtree

LTIMindtree has been an invaluable pillar of support for the Microsoft Ecosystem, adeptly managing 41,000+ monthly cases spanning 40+ products and services across 9+ languages.Their commitment to enhancing customer experiences is evident through the creation of innovative tools like the ‘Title Generator’ and the cutting-edge ACS service.Furthermore, LTIMindtree has consistently showcased excellence in employee integration, performance, and scalability—a testament to their unwavering dedication.

Finalists: Accenture, Concentrix, Wicresoft, Tek Experts

Diverse-Owned Supplier of the Year

Winner: Cyborg Mobile

Cyborg Mobile has leveraged their acclaimed proficiency in collaboration with Microsoft M365 Core to develop and expand strategic change management initiatives. Additionally, they have embraced their community duties by offering apprenticeship opportunities to students from Minority Serving Institutions and Historically Black Colleges & Universities.

Finalists: Troy Consulting, Strong Tower, Humbition Consulting, Bloom Consulting & Project Management Group

Supplier of the Year: Small.

Winner: Nextant

Nextant has made remarkable contributions to Microsoft Tech For Social Impact and the MCAPS Academy. Their unwavering commitment to crafting solutions aligned with Microsoft’s vision has had a positive impact on thousands of non-profit and IGO organizations worldwide. Notable beneficiaries include the World Food Program, UNICEF, the YMCA, and Goodwill.

Supplier of the Year: Large.

Winner: KPMG

KPMG has strategically positioned AI and innovation** at the forefront, transforming their professional service offerings to enhance employee experience and drive innovation. Our collaboration with KPMG spans data and AI-led transformation, cloud solutions, and sustainability initiatives. Across various Microsoft teams, including tax and sustainability, we've jointly worked on solutions related to financial operations, risk management, legal matters, and human resources.
