This is made possible in part by the engineering talents, who are responsible for building a shared foundation for the entire lab to speed up innovations in all areas.

In the era of Large Language Models (LLM), the strength of a team’s engineering foundational abilities becomes even more crucial. The Engineering Foundation team has taken on the mission of addressing key challenges in data-centric engineering, transforming design, constructing and making research foundation system smarter, safer and more energy efficient.
