The Computer Vision Group conducts research in areas spanning AI, machine learning, computer vision, and computational photography. Our mission is to conduct foundational research and to create technologies that empower the use of vision-based systems in the real world.
Our work is published in a variety of academic conferences and journals including CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, WACV, SIGGRAPH, ICASSP, IROS, ICIP, PAMI, IJCV, and TOG, and it has impacted a number of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Bing, XBOX, Office, Image Composite Editor, Cliplets, Hyperlapse, and Pix.
