Amber Tingle is managing editor for research publishing within the Microsoft Research Creative Studio. Her role includes content development strategy, creation, programming, and governance for digital properties, including microsoft.com/research (opens in new tab).
Amber previously served as executive director of strategic communications and media relations for Columbia University’s Data Science Institute, director of communications in the State University of New York system, and public relations specialist for Rutgers University. She is also a “triple threat” performer with Broadway, television, film, and commercial credits.
Amber is an alumna of Howard University (B.A., summa cum laude, journalism) and the University of Pennsylvania (M.A., communication).
