I am a Researcher in Microsoft M365 Research group, where I work in the area of AIOps, which includes leveraging AI solutions to improve IT operations. Currently I am exploring LLM-based solutions for automating and improving the incident management processes such as root cause analysis and mitigation.
I have obtained my Ph.D. from Department of CSE, IIT Bombay (opens in new tab) where I worked with Prof. Sunita Sarawagi (opens in new tab) on various problems in temporal modeling domain such as forecasting in time-series and point processes, missing value imputation, and anomaly detection. Before joining IITB, I was M.S. scholar in the CSE, IIT Madras (opens in new tab). For my M.S. thesis, I have worked with Prof. B. Ravindran (opens in new tab) in the area of Social Network Analysis, on the problem of community detection in large networks.
