I am a Principal Researcher at Microsoft Research India Bangalore, working in the areas of Causal Inference, Reinforcement Learning and Theory. I received my Ph.D. in Mathematics (opens in new tab) from the California Institute of Technology (opens in new tab), Pasadena, CA in 2016, where I was advised by Prof. Eric Rains (opens in new tab). Prior to that, I received an Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics and Scientific Computing (opens in new tab) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur (opens in new tab) in 2011.
