About
My research interests span (distribution-free) Machine Learning, information leakage estimation, and Security&Privacy. Currently, I am particularly interested in how to build Machine Learning methods that are trustworthy from various angles (privacy, robustness, reliability). Previously, I also worked on traffic analysis attacks and defences in the context of anonymity networks, and on anomaly detection.
Before joining Microsoft (2022), I was a Postdoctoral Fellow at EPFL (2018-20) and a Research Fellow at the Alan Turing Institute (2020-21). I received a PhD in Machine Learning & Cyber Security from Royal Holloway University of London. During my PhD, I was a research visitor at Cornell Tech, HP Labs, and INRIA (École polytechnique).
