About

I am a Principal Researcher in the Machine Learning and Optimization (MLO (opens in new tab)) group in MSR Redmond.

In 2019 I received my Ph.D. in Operations Research from MIT (opens in new tab) under the supervision of Patrick Jaillet (opens in new tab). Before that, I obtained my degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (opens in new tab) in Greece.

My research interests are in the area of optimization and data-driven decision making with applications in transportation and logistics. My current focus is on designing large-scale optimization solutions for cloud systems and applications. Current projects include cloud supply chain optimization and online algorithms for VM allocation.
