Neha Parikh Shah is a Director in Microsoft’s Viva Insights organization. In her current role, she focuses on incubation and experimentation, developing cutting-edge solutions that leverage behavioral collaboration data to solve strategic business problems. Before joining Microsoft, she was on the faculty of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School. Her expertise focuses on social networks in the workplace, particularly on linking network science with organizational and management behavior. Her research has been published in scholarly outlets including the Academy of Management Annals, Organization Science, the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Journal of Management. Prior to her academic work, Neha worked as a strategy consultant.
Neha has a PhD in Organizational Behavior from UCLA Anderson and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
