About

I’m a Principal Technical Program Manager at Microsoft Research Catalyst Lab, where I help build and run an end-to-end, AI-native lab focused on high-impact, high-uncertainty work. My role spans strategy, cross-team collaboration, and the technical and operational foundations that help move ideas from research into durable, real-world capabilities. As part of the lab’s founding team, I’m also helping shape how this kind of lab works in practice.

Previously, I led Technical Program Management for Microsoft Research Americas, supporting work across infrastructure and systems, foundation models, trust and security, and agentic experiences and applications.

Since joining Microsoft in 2020, I have had the privilege to contribute to IoT, accessibility, distributed systems, decentralized tech, sustainability, and large-scale AI research projects. Prior to Microsoft, my product management career evolved across hardware, IoT systems, and software projects at organizations including Disney (toys @ Disney Theme Park Merchandise), Fluke (IoT and thermal imaging), and SpaceX (Starlink).

Though much of my recent experience has been focused on software, my first love is and always will be physical, tangible objects.  I hold dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Washington in Industrial Design and Comparative Religion and an MBA from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
