OptiGuide’s goal is to democratize decision making by bringing together optimization and generative AI tools. OptiGuide has already been used in production to answer “what if” questions of cloud supply chain planners and provide them with actionable recommendations. Some of our longer-term research efforts include using large language models (LLMs) for interactive algorithm design, and make algorithmic decisions more intuitive to end-users.
