Dit artikel benadrukt de specifieke voordelen voor studenten in de programma´s Open Value Subscription for Education Solutions, School Overeenkomst, Enrollment for Education Solutions en Cloud Solution Provider.
Product code en softwaredistributie van Academic Benefit programma's
Studenten en docenten kunnen product- of pincodes ontvangen van niet-Microsoft.com sites. Als frauduleus gedrag wordt waargenomen, kan Microsoft, naar eigen goeddunken, de distributie van de software, product- en pincodes verwijderen of blokkeren totdat dergelijk frauduleus gedrag is verzacht of opgelost.
Rechten van Studentgebruik Benefit per kwalificerend programma
De volgende tabel definieert Studentgebruik Benefits voor specifieke producten gelicentieerd via Academische programma´s. Voor elk Product in de eerste kolom worden de toepasselijke Studentgebruik Benefit-product(en) opgesomd samen met het aantal licenties dat voor studenten beschikbaar is per betaalde licentie voor Onderwijsmedewerkers/Personeelsleden, Gekwalificeerde Onderwijsgebruikers of Kenniswerkers.

Beperkingen voor Windows Desktop Operating System
Licenties die via de Studentgebruik Benefit zijn aangeschaft, geven onder andere recht tot toegang tot de virtuele machines van Azure Virtual Desktop (raadpleeg het artikel voor Azure Virtual Desktop van de Productvermelding Microsoft Azure Services), maar bevatten verder geen Windows virtualisatierechten.
