Progress is being made on accessing comparable and sharable patient data within electronic health records (EHRs) and contextual data about the environment in which care is delivered.
At the third annual Nursing Knowledge: Big Data Science conference, held June 3–5, 2015, presenters reported the results of 10 projects influencing the creation and use of shareable and comparable nursing data.
