There is no cost for qualified organizations. Qualified 501(c)(3) organizations have access to the grant and license offers, as well as the Onboarding Concierge services. Non-501(c)(3) organizations have access to Concierge Services and discounted licenses.

How long will I have access to the services and resources included in the Nonprofit Tech Acceleration program?

Once you complete and receive confirmation of registration for the NTA program, you will continue to have access to Onboarding Concierge services. You can renew nonprofit grants and discounts annually given that your organization remains eligible. See the Nonprofits eligibility page for details.

Will the Onboarding Concierge build our solutions for us?

Our Onboarding Concierge does not build out solutions, but they will work alongside your staff or IT consultant via virtual meetings.

Is there an additional cost to work with a Microsoft partner?

Microsoft Partners are additional resources outside of the NTA program. Our specialists can help match you with a Certified Partner, but they do have an additional cost.

Is hardware included?

How can I obtain free Microsoft 365 licenses for the students we serve?

Students at eligible schools can access Office 365 for free.

Do you offer technical support beyond the free offerings?

Our specialists can match you with a Microsoft Certified Partner based on your needs, but there is a separate cost from the partner.

Are only black-led organizations eligible for the NTA program?

The NTA program is for nonprofits that serve Black and African American communities. The organization does not have to be black-led.

Can I participate in the program if I have not yet received my 501(c)(3) status?

You must be a 501(c)(3) organization to receive the grant and license offers, but non-501(c)(3) organizations can still use the Onboarding Concierge services.

Can I qualify for the license and grant offers if I am not a 501(c)(3) organization, but have a fiscal sponsor that is a 501(c)(3)?

Each organization must have their own unique 501(c)(3) status to qualify for the license and grant offers through Microsoft. Non-501(c)(3) organizations are still eligible for the Onboarding Concierge services.

Do you provide any application specific trainings to help me understand each product?

Yes, access Microsoft offers, virtual trainings, and workshops here . Our trainers can also develop customized training for your staff.

Does Microsoft host websites?

Yes, websites can be hosted through Azure App Services.

If I already have an Office/Microsoft 365 subscription, can I switch my existing account over to the nonprofit licenses?

Yes, you may acquire Microsoft 365 Business Premium with the help of a partner. A Microsoft partner can help modify the licenses to add the free offer into your assets.
